2015 Youth Summer Camp Programs
British Columbia has endless recreational activities available in pristine natural settings that provide countless learning opportunities. Fireside campers are guided through western Canada’s most scenic areas, from hiking along wild Pacific coastal shores, paddling in Howe Sound, hiking along historial majestic valleys, walking amongst massive old growth forests, discovering secret waterfalls and connecting with local FIrst Nations.
New in 2015 is our Yukon Sky Leadership expedition for those 17 and older, providing an epic canoe journey down the historic Yukon River.

Quest - International Youth Leadership Expedition (28 days) - For Ages 13 to 17
Canadian and international youth are welcomed to participate in a unique 28-day integrated youth leadership summer camp while being immersed in an outdoor adventure expedition. Located in beautiful British Columbia, participants explore some of BC's most beautiful and significant locations like Whistler, Squamish and the Sunshine Coast.
Quest - West Coast Expedition (14 days) - For Ages 13 to 17
Youth from around the globe are invited to explore BC’s spectacular west coast, from Sechelt Inlet to Whistler. This 14-day program integrates canoeing instruction, hiking, front and back country camping, outdoor skills training and leadership development.
Quest - Advanced Cultural Adventures (14 days) - For Ages 13 to 17
This 14-day outdoor leadership camp allows youth to improve their outdoor wilderness and hiking skills while discovering the cultural and historical significance of the Stein Valley, the mighty Fraser River and local First Nations in the region. Campers will have the privilege of connecting with local First Nations to learn about their fascinating culture and will be used as a backdrop for group discussions and self reflection regarding personal leadership.
Quest - Yukon Sky Adventure (14 days) - For Ages 17+
Discover Canada’s far north with Fireside Adventures! Designed for participants 17 years and older, this 14-day program includes an epic canoe trip down the historic Yukon River, advanced wilderness training, an opportunity to meet local First Nations and a stay at the Equinox Outdoor Centre. The north doesn’t need to be mysterious anymore – join us and discover one of Canada’s best outdoor experiences!
