Jeff Willis - Fireside Director/Senior Instructor
With over 19 years working in the outdoor recreational industry, Jeff continues to fuse his professional experience as an outdoor educator and child and youth worker to create innovative approaches to outdoor educational programming.
As a youth, Jeff enrolled in the Canadian Outward Bound Wilderness School and became inspired by the level of leadership instruction and the opportunity to adventure through one of Canada’s premier canoe routes. This experience changed his life.
Since his early introduction to outdoor leadership, Jeff has worked for a number of camps and outdoor programs in Ontario, British Columbia, the Arctic (North West Territories), Germany and Japan. Over the years, Jeff has gained expertise in experiential community building, leadership development, outdoor and recreation education and collaborative team building.
